If you ruin dinner (in this case by using stale arborio rice to make risotto and don't figure it out until you start tasting the risotto half an hour into cooking)...
This happened to us last night...after making a new recipe, I tasted it, decided it was no good and the kids most certainly would not eat it and we loaded everyone up and went to Baja Fresh!
