Yesterday my mom and I took Gray to his first movie theater movie. We saw the Princess and the Frog and he made it through the whole thing. I didn't think he would but, except for getting a little antsy during a few slow parts he watched the whole thing. Of course the popcorn and chocolate covered raisins were a big help. This is exciting because Robert and I have always loved going to the movies and have not been able to go in the last 2.5 years. I have a feeling we will be seeing every cartoon that comes out for the next few years :)

How fun! It's always fun when there's a kid appropriate show out. Now it costs me so much to take my crew we don't go very often, but when we do, they love it!
Better check spelling and grammar. :-(
Hey Laura-
You win first prize as Best Holiday Letter. We have the same punchline to the joke: "you moved from Seattle/ Chicago to Tulsa? WHY?" But here we are and so far so good. I have to admit I am completely overwhelmed by your ambitious leap into relocation. I am as yet, unpacking, unorganized and unsettled. Additionally, you wrote, addressed and sent this letter?( I will assume your toddler had some assistance from the dog and is not working on his Ph.D as well). Kudos to you for making me laugh and feel completely inadequate simultaneously. Please tell me you didn't whip up dinner for 20 with your left hand while these letters were printing. That would just be too much.
I really thought we would have connected by now- you live down the street. How is this possible? I'll call you soon but wanted to snoop into yur publically posted private life before I did so. Thanks for including us in your address book. I cannot find my address book but when I do, I'll put the Thomas Family in it straightaway.
