Bouncy, Bouncy

We tried out the Jump N' Go the other night for the first time. Gray's not quite a natural but he is working on it. If he could just control the spin I think he would get much better!

Is that you Santi Claus?

Gray and I made the trek to the down town Seattle Nordstrom this morning. He did great in the hour long line (he spent his time blowing razzberries at everyone else), and found Santa Claus more interesting than scary.

Gray's First Haircutt

Blowing Razzberries

Gray has finally figured out how to blow a razzberry, well almost.

Grayden's First Snow

We woke up this morning to the first snow of the season. Before it melted we threw on our sweaters and went out to explore. Our garden gnomes got a good sprinkling so Grayden helped to wipe them off. He was pretty interested in the snow and didn't seem to mind the cold. This bodes well for our chances of getting him on skiis at an early age!

Happy Thanksgiving

We hosted Thanksgiving again today. As usual there was chaos; burned fingers (and marshmallows), a turkey who refused to cook through, and the dirtying of every utensil and dish in the house. On the other hand there was lots of wonderful food (thank you everyone for the contributions) and fabulous company. The three of us certainly have plenty to be thankful for. Now I am going to pass out!

We have a sitter.

Gray can now sit up and play and can even catch himself when he starts to tip, most of the time. We do put a pillow behind him still for those timber moments.

The beginning

Welcome to the Thomas Guide! Starting a blog seemed like the best way to keep everyone up to date on what is going on in our family (and especially with the kid). I will do my best to update it on a regular basis, though no promises on how often "regular" will be.
